Alcatraz was an inescapable prison that was located in the San Francisco Bay. It is well documented that no one has ever escaped from Alcatraz; once you attend this camp your top game will also be inescapable! This camp will focus on breakdowns, turns, and pinning combinations.

Alcatraz Camp is open to all wrestlers ages 9 through 18 and will run Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Thoroughbred Wrestling Academy:

9:00-12:00: Technique

60-Minute Break (Bring your own lunch or pizza will be available for purchase. $5 for 4 slices.)

1:00-3:00: Technique, Drilling, and Live
