WrestlingIQ

We use the WrestlingIQ app to manage everything in one place—attendance check-ins, class access, announcements, events, and important updates. The app is how athletes check in to practice and how families stay informed in real time, so it’s essential that everyone has it installed. To make sure you don’t miss anything, open the app, go to Settings → Notification Preferences, and enable push notifications and text alerts for announcements and schedule updates. This ensures you get timely reminders, last-minute changes, and important academy communications as they happen—not after the fact.

More than a membership

A place to train, compete, and belong.

Choose the commitment that fits your wrestler and get plugged into the TWA training environment during your active term.

Why full membership makes sense: if your wrestler plans to train consistently, a contract turns TWA into an ongoing training resource instead of a one-off practice. You get access to the full practice network during your active term plus camp savings along the way.

Elite Membership Contracts

For wrestlers who want consistency, multiple weekly training opportunities, and full access across all practices and locations during the active term.

HS athletes purchasing 8-month contract in February will have access to all practices through the end of October.

Before purchasing a membership: please review the membership contract details carefully and make sure you understand the term length, number of required payments, monthly price, and cancellation/payment obligations. By enrolling, you are entering into a payment agreement for the full contract term.

Not sure which contract to choose? Start with how often your athlete realistically wants to train. Longer terms lower the monthly rate and are built for wrestlers who expect to use TWA consistently; shorter terms give families a smaller commitment window.

Part-Time Pass

Want TWA access without a full contract? This is the flexible choice for distance athletes or wrestlers who also train elsewhere.

Part-Time Pass

$250 / 10 Sessions

  • Designed for distance athletes or those training elsewhere
  • Flexible scheduling; not a full membership
  • Access to TWA coaching, culture, and competition training

Commit to the process. Pick the membership length that matches how long you actually plan to train.

Please choose your term carefully.

TWA membership contracts are agreements to make the agreed-upon number of payments at the agreed-upon price. Monthly pricing is based on the length of the commitment selected at enrollment. A lower monthly rate is offered in exchange for a longer commitment.

  • Memberships are not month-to-month unless specifically identified as such. Purchasing a 12-, 8-, 6-, 4-, or 2-month contract means you are agreeing to the full payment schedule for that term.
  • We do not routinely cancel contracts early. Please purchase the membership length that matches how long you realistically plan to attend.
  • Injury exceptions may be considered. When appropriate, payments may be paused during an extended injury and the contract term/payment schedule may be adjusted when the athlete returns.
  • Family relocation or major financial hardship may qualify for an exception. Examples include moving out of the area or a major financial event such as loss of employment. Documentation may be requested.
  • Other extenuating circumstances are reviewed case by case. Approval is not automatic and must be confirmed by TWA in writing.
  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of training access. Ending access does not erase the remaining contractual balance.
  • Any unpaid remaining balance may be invoiced. If the balance is not paid or a written payment arrangement is not reached within 120 days, the account may be referred to a third-party collection agency, subject to applicable law.
  • Memberships are for the registered athlete and may not be transferred to another athlete or family unless TWA approves the transfer in writing.
  • Pauses, exceptions, or modified payment arrangements must be approved in writing. Verbal conversations do not modify the membership agreement.
  • Camp discounts and membership perks apply only while the contract is active and the account is in good standing.
Please read the full membership agreement before completing registration. The summary above is intended to explain the general structure of TWA memberships, but the signed membership agreement controls if there is any difference between this page and the contract.
