State Champ Youth Camp: You don’t have to BE one to attend; you just have to WANT to be one!

It’s Back! The State Champ Youth Camp is a tradition we started, where the youth kids in Missouri could take the weekend before MO-USA Districts to watch the Missouri High School State Championships on Saturday evening, and then train all day on Sunday in Columbia (admission to MSHSAA state is NOT included. This camp is in no way associated with MSHSAA) . We have traditionally had kids from clubs across the state. This is a unique opportunity for the most dedicated and serious wrestler looking to head into the USA State Series prepared and ready to dominate.

8:30-9:00: Check-in

9:00-11:30: Session 1 (Top/Bottom: Technique, Drill, & Live)

11:30-12:30: Lunch (Provided; Pizza, fruit, water/gatorade, chips)

12:30-2:30: Session 2 (Neutral: Technique, Drill, & Live)

2:30-3:00: Mindset/Strategy/Closing Remarks/Picture
