TWA’s BOYS FALL INTENSIVE CAMP is an intensive training camp for students who looking to gain an edge physically and mentally heading into season.

This camp is intense by nature but dynamic in design. The camp offers technique, intense drilling, strength and conditioning, as well as mindset training and match management strategies. The camp will test you physically and mentally, providing an in-depth look at preparation, position, and execution of technique. Please come to camp prepared to test yourself and push your boundaries; you will break down barriers that have held you back in the past!

TWA’s GIRLS FARGO PREP CAMP! is open to all boys ages 12 through 18 with adequate experience. Camp will run for 3 days at Thoroughbred Wrestling Academy:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

– Meals will be provided, as noted below in the schedule.

– Please bring any additional snacks or drinks you may need.

– Students will have the option of sleeping on the mats or placing an air mattress/cot in our turf room and showers will be available for use following each session. Showers are cold water only.

– Please bring enough sets of workout close to last the entire camp. We will try to fit in a time for laundry as needed.

– You will also need: water bottle, running shoes, wrestling shoes, headgear, and a notebook for mental training and journaling.
