The Youth Takedown Camp is open to ages 5-10 but limited to 40 spots.

Our philosophy for our youth camps is to get wrestlers focused on learning new techniques while having fun in a relaxed environment.

We think it is great for young wrestlers to stay involved in the sport during the summer, even if it is just doing a camp or two. We realize that many of you play baseball and do other things during the summer. The TWA Youth Takedown Camp will give you the chance to come in and keep your neutral skills sharp.

Campers should bring a lunch, or they can purchase ½ a medium pizza for $5. Please also bring a water bottle.

ELITE TAKEDOWN CAMP – JUNE 15-17, 2026

🧠 Focus / Experience Level:

Per the title, at this camp we will focus only on the Neutral position. The Takedown King camp will focus on hand fighting, positioning, and set-ups for offensive attacks: singles legs, high crotches, double legs, front headlocks and pretty much anything else that will help you score 3 points. We will also cover defense, and counter-offense as well.

Campers should bring a lunch, or they can purchase ½ a medium pizza for $5. Please also bring a water bottle.

Takedown King Camp is open to all wrestlers ages 9 through 18 but limited to 40 spots.

Alcatraz was an inescapable prison that was located in the San Francisco Bay. It is well documented that no one has ever escaped from Alcatraz; once you attend this camp your top game will also be inescapable! This camp will focus on breakdowns, turns, and pinning combinations.

Harry Houdini was a true escape artist. The TWA Houdini Camp will teach you the magic-like escapes and reversals that have been so effective throughout Marcus’ career! We will be working hand control to stand-ups, knee slides, sit-outs, Petersons, and much much more!
